Rob graduated from Cal U in 2000. He then transferred from the Air National Guard to Active Duty as a Meteorologist. He received his commission as a Second Lieutenant in 2002. He currently is serving as a First Lieutenant Wing Weather Officer/Deputy Flight Commander at Yokota Air Base Japan.
