Neil has been offered a one year RA contract from the climate PhD program at the University of Delaware. He will be working on cloud forcing mechanisms for the NAO and arctic climate. He is currently studying for a masters in Climatology at Arizona State University. He graduated for Cal U in December 2003.
Neil was recently awarded 'Honorable mention' for his paper: "North Pacific jet streams and their relationship to
seasonal precipitation anomalies across the Western United States," from the Climate Specialty Group Student paper competition at the 2006 AAG (Association of American Geographers) national meeting in Chicago, IL.
