Josh has joined WBOY in Clarksburg, West Virginia as the morning and noon meteorologist. He was previously the morning and noon meteorologist at NTV in Kearney, NE. He graduated from California University of PA earning his Bachelors of Science in Earth Science/Broadcast Meteorology in 2001 and his Masters of Science in Multimedia Technology in 2003.
