While facilities and location are important, service is critical to
any successful event. California University is student-centered and
that focus on the customer carries over to our conference and event
activities.
Cal U has a long history of helping large and small groups get the most
from their on-campus experiences. Its reputation is one of service.
Dining service on campus is extraordinary. From continental breakfast
to business lunches to sit-down dinners for 350, Cal U’s food
service management or representatives will work closely with you to
accommodate your needs. A catering manager is dedicated to your special
food service needs.
Annual evaluation forms indicate that the Cal U approach is working.

excellent;” assigned student helpers were “good and very
prompt and professional;” staff “do a great job in organizing
and working with camp and camp staff;” “food service
