National Student Exchange at California University of Pennsylvania

The National Student Exchange Program at Cal U

The National Student Exchange (NSE) provides Cal U students with the opportunity to broaden their educational experience by attending college at various campuses across the country for the cost of in-state tuition. Students can choose to stay one semester of one academic year at the campus of their choice. Locations are as widely located as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam.

A student may attend any one of the participating institutions for in-state tuition cost. These students can access courses and programs that are not available on their home campus; however, education is not the only benefit. Students can grow both culturally and socially. It was once considered trendy for students to interrupt their education while they traveled, but the NSE allows students the opportunity for adventure while they continue their education. This experience is an asset to a participating student as a professional and as a person. Employers look at resumes every day; this unique experience makes you stand out in the crowd.

NOTE: N.S.E. placements are conducted in March for the following academic year. Study abroad programs generally require 10 to 12 months placement in advance. Please inquire accordingly.
