IV. 	PRESIDENTıS REPORT

	3.  A Financial Aid Improvement Committee is being established if you are interested please see 
James after the Meeting.

V.	VICE PRESIDENTıS REPORT
	
	1.  A new restructurement of the committee system is being established where there all committees 
will fall under 4 categories... Each category will have a Vice-Chairman, If you are interested in holding 
such a position please see VP Matey after the meeting.

VI.	FINANCIAL SECRETARYıS REPORT

	
	1.  Special Allocation requests will be attached to the minutes in the future for all to see.

VII.	RECORDING SECRETARYıS REPORT

	1.  Senators will be assigned to clubs and organizations please let us know what you are involved 
in so we can assign you to a different club.
	2.  An Ethics Committee will be established due to Article 13 in the Constitution
	3.  A Presidential Advisory Committee is going to be established to meet with Dr. Armenti due to 
Article 14 of the Constitution.

IX.	PUBLIC RELATIONS SECRETARYıS REPORT

XI.	OLD BUSINESS

XII.	NEW BUSINESS

	1.  New Constitutional amendment is being voted on even though it hasnıt gone through cabinet, 
which is a direct violation of the Student Government Constitution.
	2.  Cabinet Nominations were taken and will be voted on in the following Government meeting.

	1.  SAB meets Thursdays at 4:PM and the movie of the week is not Bowfinger.
