APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. No motion made, so minutes did not pass. IV. PRESIDENTÕS REPORT 1. Taryn Delaney was appointed the new Parliamentarian by President Purtell. 2. Recording Secretary Goff was appointed to sit on the search committee to select a new Student Trustee, applications will be available soon. 3. Motion by Konrad to give Student Government $500 to attend BSGP conference at Clarion on the weekend of Nov. 6th. 2nd Morelli Motion Passes Unanimously V. VICE PRESIDENTÕS REPORT 1. New Committee lists available. 2. Each Committee must get guest speaker and give them sample questions with regard to the topic in which they will be speaking and give brief overview to prep for speech. VI. FINANCIAL SECRETARYÕS REPORT 1. Graduate Social Work requestÕs recognition as an organization: Question: Public Relations Director Konrad - "Will you be working with the UndergradÕs or is this exclusive to Graduate Students?" Answer: President Graduate Social Work Association - "yes" Question: Corresponding Secretary - "What is it to be licensed?" Answer: President Graduate Social Work Association - "It is a professional distinction for licensing purposes." Motion to recognize Graduate Social Work with eligibility for special allocation but not to be allocated as a line item during the yearly budgetary process - Morelli 2nd - Deleny Motion Passes - 1 Opposed VII.
