The following positions are available:

• EVENT DIRECTOR

  The Event Director is responsible for the overall management of the committees and administration of the Winter Sectional.

• ASSISTANT EVENT DIRECTOR

  Assist Event Director with duties overseeing the managment of the event. Underclassman preferred since this position is designed for a person to take over as Event Director the following year.

• DIRECTOR OF VOLUNTEERS

  The Volunteer Committee is responsible for the coordination, recruitment, and training of all volunteers needed for the entire Event.

• DIRECTOR OF SUPPORT SERVICES

  Responsible for all personnel, procedures, and activities as related to the areas listed below:

  * Medical * Signage * Food * Communications* Security * Facilities * Equipment * Transportation

• DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATION

  responsible for all personnel, procedures and activities contained in the administration area to include computers, registration, and the coaches' handbook. The Director of Administration is on the Management Team and oversees the following:

  * Evaluation Director * Computer Director * Finance Chairperson * Media/PR/Information Director

  * Registration Chairperson

• DIRECTOR OF SPECIAL EVENTS

  The Director of Special Events is responsible for the overall operations of the following areas:

  * Awards * Ceremonies * VIP / Hospitality / Families * Entertainment (Dance)

• DIRECTOR OF COMPETITION

  Responsible for overseeing all operations of sports venues: Alpine Skiing and Cross Country Skiing (i.e. coordinating event schedules, officials and equipment). A background in coaching, officiating or participation in the particular sport is helpful.
