Ravan: wants to meet with her committee after business meeting 11/2/04
Kate: met with friends in Philly who are finding people interested in volunteering time for workshops for Pride Week. More information needed.

Old Business-
Ravan finally has a committee
Web page is updated: need executive information and pictures, as well as weekly minutes for web page
Roberts Rules of Order are understood and put into action.
Winter Tea information from Safe Zone: they prefer the Alumni House or the top of the History Building. The idea of a tea instead of a dinner is fine.
Pride Week: still under construction. We have ideas, we need more. We need organized ideas to share with the advisors as well as the Performance Centre people.
