Phi Beta Lambda is the collegiate division of the Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda (FBLA-PBL). Don’t let the Greek name deceive you, PBL is not a social fraternity or sorority. Phi Beta Lambda are the Greek letters that stand for Future Business Leaders. Social events are certainly a part of PBL activities, but the focus is on business and leadership development.
