MISSION

a) to organize the graduate students through a representative body that can adequately express, in a democratic manner, the opinions of its individual members;

b) to serve as a unified organization to initiate viable procedure, to address grievances, to consider platforms of conduct, and to stimulate positive actions on this campus and in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania that are in the best interests of the graduate students of our university;

c) to foster discussion and participation for the graduate students to enhance and develop the total graduate program of California University;

d) to provide for appointments from the graduate students to those university committees, boards, and forums where decisions with respect to graduate students are made;

e) to empower the graduate student organization with some measure of control over the assessment and allocation of Students Association Inc. fees on this campus;

f) to stimulate contact between our own graduate community and those graduate organizations on other college/university campuses.

a) be enrolled in graduate course
b) attend the scheduled meetings regularly

WHO WE ARE

The G.S.A. is an organization that is composed of graduate students here at Cal. The group has many benefits to offer. The association is here to assist graduate students in all aspects of their education. The G.S.A. meets on a monthly basis. At meetings, students are encouraged to voice their concerns, opinions, and ideas regarding the University as a whole, along with their individual programs of study.

REFUND INFORMATION

Students will only be refunded for registration fees. Please include proof of registration fees when turning in your application.
Due to time constraints, many times applicants may be re-embursed after attending a conference.
