Welcome to the new Cal U chapter of the Council for Exceptional Children’s (CEC) webpage. CEC accepts all majors from the university, and actively involves members in learning about and creating lasting experiences while working with individuals with special needs. Student CEC chapters are in many universities across the United States and Canada, including many of the state schools, such as Slippery Rock and Bloomsburg, here in Pennsylvania.
