ATTENTION CLUB TREASURERS AND ADVISORS:

Effective July 1, 2010, SAI's account numbers will change. Please disregard any other account information sheet you may have and please be sure to only use one of the eight accounts listed under Expense Account on the new Chart of Accounts [pdf].

As a reminder your account number should be 10 digits in total and generally appears as 03-xxxxx-xxx. The first set of x?s should be a five digit number from the expense account number listing, and the second set of x?s is your club's unique cost center--For example, 03-65320-106. CLUBS: Please remember that every time you have a change in club Advisor or Officer, you must submit a new Campus Organization Form to the SAI Business Office. The Campus Organization Form can be found here [pdf].
