Application Information
Prospective students with disabilities should:• Under separate cover, submit the completed OSD application and documentation packet to the OSD office and submit the completed admissions packet to the admissions office.
The following are noted:
• Questions regarding OSD applications, documentation and/or accommodation eligibility should be directed to the Office for Students with Disabilities.
• Students with disabilities follow the same university admission procedures and standards as required by California University of PA’s Admissions Office for all students.
• Questions regarding university admission procedures and/or the student’s acceptance status to the university should be directed to the Admissions Office.
