Goals of the Office of Multicultural Affairs:

1. Increase the retention and graduation rates of minority students.
2. To develop and implement quality programs that will assist in the retention and graduation of students.
3. Minority students will learn to use campus resources effectively.

Objectives of the Office of Multicultural Affairs:

1. To provide workshops and programs that encourage student participation in campus organizations.
2. Monitor academic standing of minority students.
3. Develop a directory of minority faculty and staff who will serve as mentors to minority students.
4. Assist students in identifying and utilizing campus support services.
