Multicutural Center:

The Multicultural Center is located on the ground floor of Carter Hall. This building was dedicated on September 29, 2007 in honor of Jennie Adams Carter, Cal U's first African-American Graduate. This area provides an environment which individuals will learn to respect and appreciate cultural diversity and access opportunities to learn about different cultures across our country and throughout the world.

This site is primarily composed of several large office suites. The Carter Memorial Educational Center houses the following areas: the Black Student Union, the National - Pan Hellenic Council and the Young and Gifted Gospel Choir. Rooms G-14 through G-30 are located in this suite.

The Multicultural Affairs Offices house the following areas: the International Club, Hispanic Student Association, Rainbow Allience and Safe Zone. Rooms G-31 through G-42 are located in this suite.

The Woman's Center / PEACE Project offices are located in suite G-45

All of these suites are open Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
