UNIVERSITY OF PENNSYLVANIA   Homecoming 1999 Parade Information It is still not to late to enter in Cal U's 1999 Homecoming Day Parade. For more information call (724) 938-4303. 8:00 am Greek Floats must be in staging for prejudging. 10:30 am All parade participants must be in lineup. 11:00 am Parade Starts. At end Floats should be taken to Adamson Stadium Half Time of Cal U Football Game Presentation of 1999 Float Awards All floats must meet guidelines set forward by SAI.
