Grand Dinner Buffet
(Minimum of 25 guests required.)
Carving Stations: Carved-to-order top sirloin beef au jus, slowroasted turkey breast, roasted redskin potatoes, chef’s seasonal vegetable, classic Caesar salad or mixed greens with house vinaigrette, petite rolls, croissants, and butter, horseradish, cranberry sauce, and Dijon mustard.
