CUTV, California University Television, is the University's award winning cable TV station which is owned and operated by the Student Association Incorporated. CUTV is seen in over 100,000 homes through various cable systems in Southwestern Pennsylvania. CUTV has won several national and regional awards, including "Station of the Year" by the National Association of College Broadcasters (NACB), "Best College TV News Broadcast", Eastern Region, by the Society of Professional Journalists, and national Telly Awards for sports, entertainment and magazine programs.

 

CUTV's studios are located in the Media Suite, first floor of the Natali Student Center on the campus of California University of Pennsylvania. Facilities include several Final Cut Pro digital editing suites, a production room with DVCPro digital video equipment, DV-Cameras, a Master Control Room and a fully-equipped mobile television truck.
