Commuter Center User Satisfaction Survey
The Commuter Center User Satisfaction Survey is conducted each fall semester in order to help us determine how well we are serving commuter students and to give us ideas on how we can improve.
Here are the highlights from the Fall 2001 survey.
Commuter Center user characteristics
- 79% of users are 17 to 24 years old, 21% are 25 or more years old.
- 89% of users are single, 11% are married.
- 98% of users are full-time students, 2% part-time.
- 54% of users work at least 20 hours per week.
- 51% of freshmen users work at least 20 hours per week.
- 13% of users are caring for others at home (children or other individuals).
- 90% of users are seeking their first college degree.
- 36% of users are freshmen, 33% sophomores, 13% juniors, 10% seniors, 8% graduate or certificate.
