Times have changed. Students have changed. Now, Living@Cal U is a whole new experience. Cal U is transforming what used to be called “dorm” life into “The Suite Life.” This vision has become a reality with on and off-campus living options that meet a diverse array of your needs as a student in the 21st century.

**A T T E N T I O N – All first-time freshmen living outside of commuting distance to the University, are required by the University to reside in University Housing for the first four semesters of their college career, as space permits and as stated in the following: Housing Acceptance Letter, back of Housing Contract, University Undergraduate Handbook, Orientation, and Open Houses.
