Chuck Gismondi
Retired Cal U head baseball coach Chuck Gismondi has
established an endowed scholarship at California University of Pennsylvania.
Gismondi, who also retired this past January from Cal U after a distinguished
32-year career as a communication disorders professor, presented a $10,000
check to Cal U President Dr. Angelo Armenti, Jr., as Cal’s current
head coach Mike Conte witnessed the presentation. Also participating in
the presentation ceremony were Dr. Paul Burd, Cal U vice president of student
development; Dr. Tom Pucci, Cal U director of athletics; and Paul Flores,
